Since our founding in 2022, our mission at MeetAPro has been clear: to build a platform that empowers professionals to provide high-quality virtual services to consumers. We began this journey by focusing on tech mock interviews, a critical area where aspiring professionals seek guidance and feedback to sharpen their skills.

With that goal in mind, we’ve streamlined the onboarding process, allowing providers to sign in using company email or LinkedIn. We’ve always believed in the integrity and expertise of the professionals joining our platform, trusting that they would deliver top-notch mock interviews. To ensure these high standards, we regularly review and audit interview sessions to ensure the service quality. As a result, nearly all of our Pros who conduct interviews consistently receive an average of 5-star ratings.

Addressing Recent Feedback: Verification is Key

Recently, we received some important feedback: a concern was raised about the possibility of someone onboarding as a provider using an unverified LinkedIn profile. We take this issue very seriously. At MeetAPro, the integrity of our platform is paramount, and we understand that trust is the cornerstone of the relationships between our providers and users.

In response, we have taken immediate steps to enhance our verification process. We are rolling out a comprehensive verification system to ensure that every provider on our platform is who they claim to be. Verified providers will now display a badge on their profiles, clearly indicating that they have passed our verification checks. But we’re not stopping there — our team is actively working to verify all providers on MeetAPro by cross-checking employment histories through multiple sources to further strengthen this process. Providers who falsely claim their work experience will be removed from the platform.
